We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and address during account creation. Once you transact, we also store payment identifiers from UPI, Paytm or PhonePe and the device information associated with your login sessions.

Payment data is passed to the relevant payment processor — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — only to complete the transaction. We store a transaction reference for your account history but do not store full payment credentials on our own servers.

Yes. Submit a data access request through in-account messaging or by email. We will compile and deliver a copy of your personal data within 30 days. Where the volume of data is large, we may request up to an additional 30 days.
